Afrinda Blog operated by Afrinda Technology respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and readers to do the same. This page explains how to submit a copyright complaint regarding content on afrinda.com (the "Site"). While the United Republic of Tanzania has its own copyright laws we also honor the notice and takedown process modeled on the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) since our hosting and advertising partners operate internationally.

Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice we will review it and where appropriate remove Because Afrinda Blog does not host user submitted  most material on the Site is created by us we will still act promptly on any valid claim.

 

Repeat Infringers
We may in appropriate circumstances, decline to deal with or remove material associated with parties who repeatedly submit infringing material or invalid claims.

 

False Claim
