INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 4 Eggs
- Â Â 600g Brown Sugar
- Â Â 700g Flour
- Â Â 250g Butter
- Â Â 2 tsp Vanilla
- Â Â 6g Baking powder
- Â Â 3g Baking soda
- Â Â Chocolate chips (to taste)
- Â Â Salt (to taste)

 PROCEDURES
1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 356°F.
2. Beat room temperature butter with sugar until airy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients except chocolate chips.
4. Combine the dry and wet mixtures, knead the dough.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
7. Drop teaspoons of dough, leaving at least 2cm space between cookies.
8. Bake for 10 15 minutes.
