INGREDIENTS:

whole milk (¼ cup)

ripe fresh peaches (1 cup, de-pitted, coarsely chopped)

sugar (2 tablespoons)

vanilla ice cream (10 ounces)

Sparkling wine (chilled)
PROCEDURES:

In a blender, puree the peaches with milk and sugar (4-5 seconds).

Add in ice cream and blend until silky for around 8-10 seconds.

Pour the shake.

Fill up to the rim with sparkling wine.
