Ingredients

4–6 pieces of meat

1 onion

1 oz fat

3 medium-sized unripe bananas

2 tomatoes

1 level teaspoon curry powder

Stock from boiled meat
Methods

Wash the meat and cut into small pieces.

Peel, slice and chop the onion.

Skin and slice the tomatoes.

Melt the fat and fry the onion until light brown. Add the meat and seasoning (pepper, salt, curry powder) and fry slowly for 5–10 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and water or stock.

Add the unripe bananas and continue cooking until everything is tender. Serve hot.
