120g green peas

1 onion

2g curry powder

15ml cooking oil

3 cloves of garlic

1 large tomato

159g ground groundnuts

1 medium carrot
Methods

Wash and boil peas until soft. Separate peas from stock.

Slice the tomato, chop the onion and carrot and crush the garlic.

Heat cooking oil in the cooking pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
