Ingredients (serve 4 people)

  • 120g green peas

  • 1 onion

  • 2g curry powder

  • 15ml cooking oil

  • Water

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 large tomato

  • 159g ground groundnuts

  • 2g salt

  • 1 medium carrot

Methods

  • Wash and boil peas until soft. Separate peas from stock.

  • Slice the tomato, chop the onion and carrot and crush the garlic.

  • Heat cooking oil in the cooking pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
