Ingredients. (Serves people)

  • 180g puff pastry

  • 1 egg

  • 50g jam

  • 30g castor sugar

Methods

  • Preheat the oven to 150°C

  • Divide the already made puff pastry into portions and then roll out the pastry thinly. Cut it into large rounds the size of a side plate.

  • Place a dessert spoon of jam in the centre of each round and then fold.

  • Place the edge of the pastry and seal it tightly

  • Brush over with egg white and then sprinkle caster sugar.

  • Bake them in a hot oven at the temperature between 200°c and 250°c minutes until the jam puffs turn golden brown.

  • Serve them on a plate.
