180g puff pastry

1 egg

50g jam

30g castor sugar

Preheat the oven to 150°C

Divide the already made puff pastry into portions and then roll out the pastry thinly. Cut it into large rounds the size of a side plate.

Place a dessert spoon of jam in the centre of each round and then fold.

Place the edge of the pastry and seal it tightly

Brush over with egg white and then sprinkle caster sugar.

Bake them in a hot oven at the temperature between 200°c and 250°c minutes until the jam puffs turn golden brown.

Serve them on a plate.
