Ingredients

½ lb grated cheese

2 egg

4 oz flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

3 small onions (chopped)

1 red chilli chopped

¼ pt milk

Pepper

Salt

Oil for frying
Methods

Beat the eggs and milk in one bowl.

Sift flour, baking powder, pepper and salt into another bowl.

Add grated cheese and mix well.

Make a well in the centre and pour the egg in the mixture ,mix well.

Mix the chopped onion and chillies.
-
If the mixture is too stiff a little more milk may be added.

Drop teaspoon into hot fat and fry to a chelate brown colour.

Drain well and serve white hot.
