Ingredients

½ kg fish

Juice of ½ lemon

1 onion

½ tablespoon salt to taste

1 large tomato

1 teaspoon flour
Methods

Prepare, clean and cut the fish into pieces.

Slice the onion and tomato.

Mix salt with lemon juice and rub on both sides of the fish.

Fry onion and tomatoes in fat until the onion is tender.

Add the remaining water, then the fish, and gently cook covered until the fish is cooked. Turn carefully.

When cooked, the stew should be thick.

Serve hot, being careful not to break up the fish.
