INGREDIENTS

  •   10g Dry yeast
  •   250ml Milk
  •   100 120g Sugar
  •   3 Eggs
  •   3g Salt
  •   60ml Vegetable oil
  •   360g Flour

For Filling:

  •   Apples or cherries
  •   Sugar (to taste)

 PROCEDURES

1. Warm milk slightly. Add salt, sugar, and yeast. Mix.

2. Add 6 tablespoons of sifted flour. Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

3. When the dough rises, add 2 beaten eggs (reserve one for glazing).

4. Add oil and remaining flour in portions. Knead until elastic. Rise for 20 minutes.

5. Divide into even small balls.

6. Grate apples with sugar for filling.

7. Roll out balls. Add filling and seal edges tightly.

8. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper.

9. Place buns seam side down and brush with beaten egg yolk and milk.

10. Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 35 40 minutes.
