INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 3 Apples, peeled and diced
- Â Â 4 Eggs
- Â Â 125g Sugar
- Â Â 500g Flour
- Â Â Vanilla extract (to taste)
- Â Â 200g Butter
- Â Â 12g Baking powder
 PROCEDURES
1. Mix sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Beat well. Add melted butter, then flour and baking powder. Knead until smooth.
2. Fold apples into the dough.
3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the tray. Bake at 200°C / 392°F for 10 15 minutes until golden.
