INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 3 Apples, sliced
- Â Â 250ml Kefir
- Â Â 250g Flour
- Â Â 2 Eggs
- Â Â 200g Sugar
- Â Â 7g Ground cinnamon
- Â Â Vanilla sugar (to taste)
- Â Â 50g Butter
- Â Â 6g Baking powder
- Â Â Powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Â Â Pinch of Salt
 PROCEDURES
1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 356°F.
2. In a deep bowl, mix eggs with sugar.
3. Add vanilla sugar, salt, and beat thoroughly.
4. Add butter and mix until smooth.
5. Add kefir and mix again with a whisk.
6. Add baking powder and sifted flour, stirring constantly until smooth.
7. Cover a baking tray with parchment and grease it with butter.
8. Pour batter into the baking dish evenly.
9. Top with sliced apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
10. Bake for 30 40 minutes.
