Ingredients

4 oz lentil flour

2 oz sliced potatoes

¼ pt (8ml) cup milk or water

½ whole green chilli

2g baking powder

2 cloves garlic, 2 onions, green leaves

1 level teaspoon salt
Methods

Peel and slice potatoes thinly.

Crush garlic and chilli.

Mix chilli with lentil flour and potatoes.

Mix the whole mixture into a thick paste using ¼ pt milk.

Drop by tablespoons into deep oil and fry until golden brown.

Serve as a snack.
