INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 1 Egg
- Â Â 2 Bananas
- Â Â 22g Honey
- Â Â 120g Whole grain flour
- Â Â 60g Kefir
- Â Â 6g Cinnamon
- Â Â 6g Baking powder
 PROCEDURES
1. Mash bananas with a fork until pureed. Add egg and beat with a fork.
2. Add kefir and honey, mix.
3. Add flour, cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix the dough.
4. Place the dough in a bread baking mold.
5. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 160°C / 320°F.
