INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 2 Eggs
- Â Â 1 Large Banana
- Â Â 150g Butter
- Â Â 280g Flour
- Â Â 100g Sugar
- Â Â 5g Vanilla sugar
- Â Â 6g Baking powder
- Â Â 80g Dark chocolate
 PROCEDURES
1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 356°F.
2. Beat softened butter with sugar until smooth.
3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
4. Peel and mash the banana.
5. Combine all mixtures and knead the dough.
6. Mix flour with baking powder in a separate container and add grated chocolate. Knead the dough.
7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
8. Bake for 15 minutes.
