100g meat (steak)

750g coconut milk

1 carrot

15ml vegetable oil

1 green pepper

4 medium green bananas

1 tomato

Methods

Slice the tomato and chop the onion and carrot.

Wash the meat, cut it into cubes and boil.

Peel and cut the bananas into pieces and put in a basin of cold water.

Prepare coconut milk.

Fry the onion and tomato in vegetable oil.

Add the cooked meat, banana pieces, carrot, salt and water or stock. The liquid should cover the mixture.

Simmer the bananas until tender.

Add coconut milk and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Serve on a plate and garnish with sliced green pepper or any suitable garnish.
