125g green peas

4 green bananas

1 tomato

3 cloves of garlic

Methods

Wash the peas and boil until almost tender.

Slice the tomato and onion, crush garlic and chop sweet pepper and carrot.

Peel and cut the bananas into pieces. Wash and put in cold water.

Put all ingredients except bananas in the cooking pan with the boiled peas. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add bananas and a small amount of water to just cover the mixture.

Cover and simmer until the bananas and peas are tender and the mixture is not dry.

Serve the stew on a plate.
