Medium-sized cassava

1 cup grated coconut

Methods

Peel the cassava, remove the woody pith in the middle and cut into small pieces.

Put to boil and season.

Prepare 1 cup of coconut milk.

When cassava is soft, drain off the water.

Add the coconut milk, stir slowly and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Serve hot.
