Ingredients

2 oz cabbage

Vegetable or meat extract or hot sauce

½ onion

1 teaspoon ghee
-
Pepper and salt

½ pint water
Methods

Shred and wash the cabbage.

Chop the onion.

Heat the ghee and fry the onion slightly.

Braise the cabbage, shaking the pan with the lid on. Be careful not to fry the cabbage.

Add water, salt, pepper and extract.
-
Simmer until tender and serve hot.
