INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 250g Wheat flour
- Â Â 120ml Milk
- Â Â 10g Fresh yeast
- Â Â 1 Egg
- Â Â 50g Sugar
- Â Â 3g Salt
- Â Â 15g Butter
- Â Â Sesame seeds (to taste)
 PROCEDURES
1. Dilute yeast in warm milk. Sift flour, add salt and sugar.
2. Add warm milk, egg, and butter. Knead until smooth and elastic.
3. Form a ball, return to a floured bowl. Cover and rise for about 1 hour.
4. Gently place dough on a floured surface, divide into 4 equal parts, and form balls.
5. Place buns on a parchment lined baking sheet. Cover and let rise for 40 60 minutes.
6. Check readiness by tapping: if fingerprint recovers slowly, they're ready.
7. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
8. Bake at 200°C / 392°F for 15 17 minutes.
