INGREDIENTS    

  •   5 Eggs
  •   250ml Kefir
  •   360g Flour
  •   12g Baking powder
  •   400g Sour cream 35%
  •   600g Sugar (divided)
  •   Bananas
  •   Chocolate (for topping)

COOKING PROCEDURES                

1. Whisk eggs with 2 cups of sugar. Add kefir and sifted dry ingredients.

2. Pour the dough into a greased 26cm diameter mold.

3. Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 40 minutes. Cool and cut in half (or into 3 parts).

4. Make cream by combining sour cream with the remaining sugar and beat.

5. On one half, place banana slices and pour cream. Cover with the second cake, add more bananas and cream. Leave for 1 hour.

6. Sprinkle the top with grated chocolate.
