INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 680g Cottage cheese
- Â Â 4 Eggs
- Â Â 100g Rice flour
- Â Â 100g Corn flour
- Â Â Vanilla extract (to taste)
- Â Â Honey (to taste)
- Â Â 200g Raisins
 PROCEDURES
1. Mix eggs, cottage cheese, flours, and vanilla.
2. Add raisins.
3. Place the mixture in a silicone mold.
4. Bake at 160°C / 320°F for 30 minutes.
5. Serve with berry sauce.
