INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 250g Flour
- Â Â 100g Butter
- Â Â 1 Egg
- Â Â 50g Sour cream
- Â Â 150g Sugar (50g for dough, 100g for filling)
- Â Â 25g Potato starch
- Â Â 3g Baking powder
- Â Â Cinnamon (to taste)
 PROCEDURES
1. Mix baking powder, salt, sugar, and flour.
2. Combine flour with cold butter, grind until crumbly.
3. Add egg, sour cream, and knead the dough.
4. Form a ball and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
5. Place the dough in a tart mold, forming a bottom and sides.
6. Refrigerate again for 30 minutes. Prick with a fork, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C / 356°F.
7. Remove seeds from cherries, mix with cinnamon, sugar, and starch. Heat without boiling.
8. Add filling and bake without foil for about 20 minutes.
9. Cool and serve.
