INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 2 Large eggs
- Â Â 240g Melting chocolate
- Â Â 150g Sugar
- Â Â 100g Butter
- Â Â 85g Flour
- Â Â 3g Baking powder
- Â Â 3g Salt
- Â Â 6g Vanilla sugar
- Â Â 150g Chopped chocolate

 PROCEDURES
1. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Preheat oven to 180°C / 356°F.
3. Combine eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a mixer for 5 minutes.
4. Melt 240g chocolate with butter in the microwave. Cool for 2 minutes, then add to the sugar egg mixture at low speed.
5. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to chocolate mixture and mix.
6. Add remaining 150g chopped chocolate pieces and mix.
7. Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet, leaving 5 7cm space.
8. Bake for 10 15 minutes.
