Ingredients

275ml milk

28g sugar

2ml vanilla essence

60g corn flour

50g chocolate (grated or powder)
Methods

Blend the corn flour with a little milk.

To the remaining milk, add grated or powdered chocolate and sugar. Put in a cooking pan and stir over gentle heat until the chocolate is dissolved.

Add blended corn flour and continue stirring to get a paste.

Lower the heat and cook gently until the mixture coats the spoon.

Add vanilla essence and pour into a wet mould. Cover and leave to set as required.
