INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 160g Sugar
- Â Â 4 Eggs
- Â Â 400g Flour
- Â Â 4 tbsp Cocoa powder
- Â Â 200g Black Chocolate
- Â Â 80g Butter
- Â Â 9g Soda
- Â Â 100g Powdered Sugar
 PROCEDURES
1. Melt butter with chocolate in the microwave.
2. Mix eggs, sugar, chocolate, and butter.
3. Combine eggs with sugar and beat until light foam. Add the chocolate and butter mixture.
4. Combine cocoa and flour, sift.
5. Quench soda with vinegar and add to the dough. Add sifted cocoa powder and flour. Knead a sticky dough.
6. Refrigerate the dough for an hour.
7. Form balls and roll generously in icing sugar.
8. Place balls on a baking tray (leave space! They will rise during baking).
9. Bake at 200°C / 392°F for 20 minutes.
