Ingredients

2 rounded teaspoons drinking chocolate

2 teaspoons boiling water

500ml cold milk

½ teaspoon vanilla essence

2 tablespoons double or whipping cream

Grated chocolate to decorate
Methods

Dissolve the drinking chocolate in the boiling water.

Whisk in the milk and vanilla essence. Pour into glasses.

Whip the cream until thick.

Just before serving, spoon or pipe cream onto the milk and sprinkle with a little grated chocolate.
