INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 125g Almonds
- Â Â 150g Butter
- Â Â 125g Flour
- Â Â 6g Baking powder
- Â Â 100g Sugar
- Â Â 2 Eggs
- Â Â 50ml Sour cream
- Â Â 100g Dark chocolate
- Â Â 5ml Vanilla essence
- Â Â 250g Cherries (fresh or frozen)
- Â Â 50g White or milk chocolate
 PROCEDURES
1. Grind almonds with a blender or coffee grinder.
2. Mix almonds with flour, soda, and baking powder.
3. Melt butter. Mix with sugar, vanilla, sour cream, and egg.
4. Melt chocolate in the microwave or water bath. Combine with the butter mixture.
5. Add almond flour and mix well.
6. Add cherries and pour batter into a greased 23cm mold.
7. Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 1 hour. Cool completely.
8. Melt white or milk chocolate and decorate the pie.
