150g grated coconut

Methods

Sieve flour, baking powder and salt together into a bowl.

Rub in coconut and sugar and mix well.

Add beaten egg and milk to bind.

Place spoonfuls into a greased baking tray and bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
