1 cup coconut milk (enough to mix the flour into a stiff dough)

Make coconut milk from grated coconut.

Follow the method for ghee chapati, but use coconut milk instead of water. Since coconut milk contains fat, reduce the amount of ghee or oil used.

Serve hot with vegetables, meat or fish.
