2 eggs

1 teaspoon / 6g baking powder

7 oz. / 200g coconut flakes

3.5 oz. / 105g of sugar
PREPARATION STEPS

Beat the eggs with sugar until lush consistency.

Add coconut flakes and mix properly.

Add the flour and baking powder and combine thoroughly.

Transfer the dough in the cooler for 30 minutes.

Form cookies.(previously moisten your hand with water)

Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 15 minutes.
