Ingredients

½ cup ground coffee

1 teaspoon egg white (optional)

2 cups of milk

2 cups of water
Methods

Warm the heatproof coffee pot with boiling water.

Put the coffee in the pot.

Add milk and bring to the boil, then add the rest of the water and boil.

Leave the coffee to stand for 3 minutes in a warm place.

Serve immediately by pouring through a strainer. If unfiltered, add egg white to trap coffee grounds and clarify the coffee.

Serve hot.
