INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 150g Sugar
- Â Â 2 Eggs
- Â Â 300g Flour
- Â Â 150g Corn flour
- Â Â Pinch of Salt
- Â Â 150g Butter
- Â Â Orange zest
- Â Â 6g Vanilla Sugar
- Â Â 6g Baking powder
- Â Â 70g Cranberries
 PROCEDURES
1. Mix dry ingredients and sift.
2. Beat softened butter with sugar for 4 minutes.
3. Add eggs one by one, beating until homogeneous.
4. Combine dry ingredients with the butter mixture.
5. Add orange zest and dried cranberries, mix well.
6. Form a sausage shaped dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour.
7. Cut into 1cm thick circles.
8. Place on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
9. Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 14 minutes.
