150g finger millet flour

150ml milk

Boil water in a cooking pan.

In a side dish, mix a small amount of cold water with finger millet flour to make a smooth paste. Pour the paste slowly into the boiling water while stirring until the mixture starts to boil. Allow it to boil until fully cooked.

Pour the milk into the boiling mixture. Stir to mix thoroughly and leave to boil over medium heat.

Serve hot in a bowl.
