Ingredients

½ cup flaked fish

Mayonnaise sauce

Tomato sauce

Vinegar

Cucumber slices

Parsley or celery
Methods

Mix all sauces together.

Add the prepared fish to the sauce mixture until fairly stiff.

Line glass bowls with shredded lettuce and fill with the fish mixture.

Garnish with parsley, celery and cucumber.

Chill thoroughly before serving.

NOTE: Prawn cocktails may be decorated with whole prawns.
