Ingredients

200g cooked fish

2 small-sized potatoes

1 hard-boiled egg

1 spoonful flour

1½ cupfuls milk

Salt and pepper to taste
Methods

Peel, wash and cook potatoes, then mash with a little milk.

Melt margarine in a saucepan, add flour and stir. Then add the milk to form a sauce.

Cook slowly for about 10 minutes until ready.

Remove bones and skin from the fish and add to the sauce. Add the chopped egg and seasoning.

Put the mixture into a greased pie dish, cover with mashed potatoes and bake in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes until brown. Serve hot.
