INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 250g Brown sugar
- Â Â 210g Flour
- Â Â 75g Cocoa Powder
- Â Â 230g Butter
- Â Â 2 Eggs
- Â Â 300ml Dry red wine
- Â Â 6g Soda
- Â Â Salt (to taste)
- Â Â Cinnamon (to taste)
 PROCEDURES
1. Beat soft butter with brown sugar for 4 5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time.
2. Sift flour, soda, cocoa, and cinnamon. Add 1/3 of the dry mixture to the butter mixture and whisk.
3. Add half the wine.
4. Add the second part of the dry mixture and the remaining wine. Add the last part of the dry mixture.
5. Pour into a mold and bake at 180°C / 356°F for 45 50 minutes.
6. Leave in the mold briefly, then cool on a wire rack.
7. Cut into portions and serve.
