Ingredients

2 eggs

4 slices of bread

Large pinch of salt

Large pinch of pepper

30g butter

1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Methods

Break the eggs into a bowl. Add salt and pepper and beat with a fork until evenly mixed.

Dip each slice of bread into the beaten egg so that both sides are evenly coated.

Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan. When the pan is hot, fry the bread on both sides until golden brown.
