Ingredients

4 oz macaroni

6 shallots

1 carrot

1 stalk spring onion (chopped)

1 red chilli, sliced to taste

2 oz butter
-
1 clove of garlic, chopped

2 oz roasted pork

1 dessertspoon soya sauce

1 tbsp cooking oil
Methods

Bring a saucepan half full of water with ½ teaspoon salt to the boil.

Add the macaroni and cook until tender. Drain and set aside.

Heat oil and fry the shallots to a golden brown colour. Drain and set aside.

Next, fry the garlic until light brown.

Add the pork and fry for a minute.

Add the macaroni and soya sauce and toss lightly to mix. Serve.
