250g minced meat

2 level tablespoons tapioca flour or corn flour

Pepper and salt

1 egg yolk

1 piece of ginger (ground)

Oil for frying

Wash and drain the meat well.

Mix all the ingredients together (except the oil).

Shape the mixture into balls the size of a large marble.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Drain well and serve hot.
