Ingredients

200g vermicelli

30g sugar

40ml cooking oil

2g ground cardamom

Water

1 stalk of parsley
Methods

Boil the water in a cooking pan.

Put the oil in a different pan. Add ground cardamom and stir for a minute over medium heat.

Add broken vermicelli and continue stirring until it turns golden brown.

Add sugar and boiled water to cover the food. Stir well and leave to boil.

When you do not see water above the vermicelli, reduce the heat and allow to simmer until dry.

Serve on a plate and garnish with parsley or any suitable garnish.
