How to Make Fried Vermicelli at Home Step by Step Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200g vermicelli

  • 30g sugar

  • 40ml cooking oil

  • 2g ground cardamom

  • Water

  • 1 stalk of parsley

Methods

  • Boil the water in a cooking pan.

  • Put the oil in a different pan. Add ground cardamom and stir for a minute over medium heat.

  • Add broken vermicelli and continue stirring until it turns golden brown.

  • Add sugar and boiled water to cover the food. Stir well and leave to boil.

  • When you do not see water above the vermicelli, reduce the heat and allow to simmer until dry.

  • Serve on a plate and garnish with parsley or any suitable garnish.
