Ingredients

½ kg lean meat

2 teaspoons sugar

1 tablespoon light soya sauce

¾ teaspoon dark soya sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Tapioca flour

Oil
Methods

Slice the meat into pieces about 1 inch thick. Season with all the ingredients.

Brush the pieces of meat with oil.

Place on a hot greased rack over a grill or smokeless charcoal fire.

Cook on one side, then turn over using food tongs or chopsticks.

When cooked, serve with sliced tomatoes and cucumber.
