Ingredients

¼ kg groundnuts

120g maize flour

60g sugar

30g milk powder
Methods

Fry or roast groundnuts, shell and grind finely.

Boil water in a saucepan.

Stir in maize flour and keep stirring until thick and free of lumps.

Cook for more than 10 minutes.

Add in groundnut flour and cook again for 2 minutes.

Add sugar, lemon juice and milk. Stir well.

Serve hot for breakfast or as a dish for invalids and infants.
