Ingredients

  • ¼ kg groundnuts

  • 120g maize flour

  • 60g sugar

  • 30g milk powder

Methods

  • Fry or roast groundnuts, shell and grind finely.

  • Boil water in a saucepan.

  • Stir in maize flour and keep stirring until thick and free of lumps.

  • Cook for more than 10 minutes.

  • Add in groundnut flour and cook again for 2 minutes.

  • Add sugar, lemon juice and milk. Stir well.

  • Serve hot for breakfast or as a dish for invalids and infants.
