INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 3 Apples
- Â Â 150g Oatmeal
- Â Â 6g Baking powder
- Â Â 100g low-fat cottage cheese
- Â Â 60g Kefir
- Â Â 3 Eggs
- Â Â 60g Honey
- Â Â 6g Ground cinnamon
- Â Â Vegetable oil (to grease the form)
 PROCEDURES
1. Beat eggs with honey.
2. Add cottage cheese and kefir, mix.
3. Finely blend oatmeal and add to egg mixture. Add cinnamon and baking powder, mix well.
4. Grease a 20 22cm mold with a little oil.
5. Peel apples, remove core, and cut into small pieces.
6. Place diced apples on the bottom of the mold.
7. Pour batter over apples.
8. Bake for 30 35 minutes at 180°C / 356°F.
9. Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with fresh berries.
