INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 2 Eggs
- Â Â 30g Cocoa powder
- Â Â 150g Rice flour
- Â Â 300g Sweet apples
- Â Â 100g Sweetener
- Â Â 6g Baking powder
- Â Â Vanillin (to taste)
- Â Â Powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Â Â Berries (for decoration)
 PROCEDURES
1. Grate apples finely.
2. In a deep bowl, mix egg, cocoa, sifted flour, grated apple, sweetener, baking powder, and vanillin.
3. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until smooth.
4. Pour dough into a small heat-resistant form.
5. Bake at 160°C / 320°F for 30 minutes.
6. Cool and garnish with berries.
