- Â Â 100g Dried apricots
- Â Â 100g Dates, pitted
- Â Â 100g Prunes
- Â Â 100g Dried cranberries
- Â Â 100g Raisins
- Â Â 8g Cocoa powder
- Â Â 50g Almonds
- Â Â 50g Peanuts
- Â Â 90g Honey
- Â Â 120g Coconut flakes
 PROCEDURES
1. Pour boiling water over all dried fruits. Soak for 15 minutes.
2. Drain excess liquid.
3. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
4. Roll into balls and coat in coconut flakes or sesame seeds.
5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
