INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 2 Bananas
- Â Â 4 Carrots
- Â Â 3 Eggs
- Â Â 250ml Kefir
- Â Â 100g Honey
- Â Â 85g Oatmeal (or cornmeal)
- Â Â 3g Baking soda
 PROCEDURES
1. Add baking soda to kefir, stir well, and let stand for 10-20 minutes.
2. Grate carrots finely.
3. Beat eggs with honey. Mix with grated carrots. Mash bananas and add to carrots. Add kefir and mix thoroughly.
4. Pour dough into a mold and bake at 170°C / 338°F for 40-50 minutes.
