INGREDIENTS

  •   360g Flour
  •   4g Yeast
  •   6g Salt
  •   350ml Warm water
  •   15g Sesame seeds
  •   Raisins (optional)

 PROCEDURES

1. Combine flour, yeast, and salt in a big bowl. Add warm water.

2. Mix with your hands until the flour absorbs all the water.

3. Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rise in a warm place for 24 hours.

4. Preheat the roasting pan in the oven to 250°C / 482°F.

5. Place the dough on a floured surface.

6. Fold the dough into a ball. Add sesame seeds.

7. Remove the pan from the oven and place the dough inside.

8. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

9. Remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes until golden.
