INGREDIENTS
For the Dough:
- Â Â 8g Dry yeast
- Â Â 40ml Olive oil
- Â Â 6g Salt
- Â Â 25g Sugar
- Â Â 350g Flour
- Â Â 200ml Warm water
For Filling:
- Â Â Sauce
- Â Â Mozzarella
- Â Â Mushrooms
- Â Â Pepperoni
- Â Â Italian herbs (to taste)
 PROCEDURES
1. Combine olive oil, salt, sugar, and warm water. Stir well.
2. Sift flour and add dry yeast.
3. Mix dry and wet ingredients. Knead soft, elastic dough. Leave for 45 minutes.
4. Divide dough into 2 parts.
5. Roll each into a thin circle (30cm diameter).
6. Add sauce, filling, and cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C / 356°F.
