Ingredients

3 oz minced meat

½ piece of soaked bread

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 crushed clove of garlic

1 teaspoon chopped coriander

1 pinch of chilli powder

½ pinch of chopped ginger
Methods

Combine all ingredients together and mix well until a firm mixture is formed.

Shape the mixture into small elongated kebabs around skewers.

Grill or fry until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve hot with salad or chutney.
