INGREDIENTS
- Â Â 250ml Milk
- Â Â 5g Dry yeast
- Â Â 400g Flour
- Â Â 7g Sugar
- Â Â 3g Salt
- Â Â 28ml Oil
For Filling:
- Â Â 450g Suluguni cheese
- Â Â Eggs
- Â Â 60g Butter
 PROCEDURES
1. Mix salt, sugar, yeast, and sifted flour.
2. Make a well in the flour, add warm milk, knead a homogeneous dough. Add oil and knead until smooth.
3. Place dough in a bowl, cover, and rise for 1 hour.
4. Knead lightly, cover, and rise for another 30 minutes.
5. Grate suluguni cheese and divide into 2 parts.
6. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Form round cakes 5 6mm thick.
7. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Add cheese and form boat shapes.
8. Brush edges with melted butter.
9. Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 15 minutes.
10. Make a small indentation in the center, add an egg and butter pieces. Brush with butter.
